The cleverness of their songwriting rummages into one's consciousness like an old fashioned love song, without the three part harmony. Several days after hearing a few of their songs you'll be driving to work, sitting in a meeting, or doing the dishes and find yourself singing those words or humming the melody lines – and when was the last time you heard the word 'Bolshevik' in a country song?
The foursome also covers familiar tunes, and some not so familiar but you'll wonder why they aren't.
The Bankrupt SugarDaddies is fronted by Craig "Bonzo" Bonner, who sings almost all the tunes and plays lead guitar. Dana Francis is on rhythm guitar and vocals, Greg Reber strings the upright bass and Mike Slater bangs the skins. All in all, they have more fun than should be legal for men of their age and social status.
